At 28, Melanie Laurent has been busy. Noticed at the age of 15 years in the film A bridge between two shores, where she gave the reply to Carole Bouquet and Charles Berling, French actress known for a dazzling career. After distinguished in Paris, Cédric Klaplish, and The Concert, Mélanie Laurent has charmed the American director Quentin Tarantino, who offered him a role in Inglourious Basterds, alongside Brad Pitt and Diane Kruger.
While his film career he smiled, 2011 seems to be the year of discovery for Melanie Laurent. Having recently moved behind the camera by producing her first feature film and have recorded their first album (in stores May 2), the young woman will be the first time the mistress of ceremonies of the Cannes Festival.
