Glee: the series the most gay-friendly of the year!

Glee, a series gay? If the series music is wreaking havoc with the gay community, as his gay-friendly series was formalized at the 25th GLAAD Awards ceremony, celebrating every year the media for their fair representation of gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transgender . Last night, Glee is indeed left with the trophy for best comedy series at the GLAAD Awards, organized by the American Association for the Defence of Rights of the LGBT community.

An award shared with another series, Modern Family, against which arrived Glee tie. While Glee features a gay teen named Kurt (Chris Colfer), including Modern Family tells the story of a homosexual couple, parents of a baby girl. Topping the list of GLAAD Awards, we note also the victory of I Love You Phillip Morris, with Jim Carrey and Ewan McGregor in the category for best film.

At a previous ceremony a few weeks ago, True Blood won the award for best drama series of the year for the image it conveys of the gay community, while Ricky Martin was honored for his contributions the fight against homophobia.
