Jean-Paul Belmondo ready to resume service

With over seventy films to her credit, Jean-Paul Belmondo has nothing to prove to French cinema. The Palme d'Or honor awarded by the Cannes Film Festival last night confirms that status icon and a pillar for those who toured with a host of big names. Bebel, whose only name on wholesale Lettes yellow gold atop a display ensured the success of a film shot for Godard, Chabrol, Verneuil, Lelouch, Carne De Sica, Becker, De Broca Melville, Malle, Oury, Truffaut, Rappeneau, Deray, Lautner, and more recently, Leconte, Blier Klapish.

This partial list is closing for now with Francis Huster for whom he turned a man and his dog, released in 2009. The actor of 78 years, came to the arms of his companion since 2008, Barbara Gandolfi, was particularly touching yesterday, briefly expressing his shock at the Cannes audience of spectators came to celebrate.

For the media, was also an opportunity to interview Jean-Paul Belmondo on its possible desire for cinema, desires that the actor has not denied. Since his stroke in 2001 which has invalidated, Belmondo has been forced to move away trays. "I still enjoy the movie, however, he told David Pujadas at JT France 2 last night.

If I am offered a role that pleases me, why not?". Anyway, the Festival de Cannes was celebrating yesterday when all the French cinema was won by a wave of emotion.
