Lisa Edelstein exit "House MD"

Sad news for fans of Dr. House. While the series was renewed barely a few days ago by FOX for the eighth (and likely last) season, one of its stars will she not return next year. This is Lisa Edelstein, who plays Cuddy. According to the website TV Line, the actress, whose contract with the series ends this month, declined to renew it.

Lisa Edelstein would she requested an increase that producers were refused? This remains unclear. Shortly after announcing his departure, the actress has issued a statement: "After careful consideration, it is with a mixture of disappointment and excitement that I decided to turn the page.
