Jean-Paul Belmondo in Cannes: a fan tribute

Big Mc on the Croisette, route of a spoiled fan! Thus one could titrate Jeff Domenech, director of the documentary that will air during the Cannes Film Festival, a tribute to Jean-Paul Belmondo, great actor and popular figure in French cinema. Why the Big Mac? Domenech because Jeff was the manager of a McDonald's when he decided to give shape to his passion for Bébel.

It is precisely by coming to Cannes with friends autograph hunters he met George Lautner, director of the Tontons Flingueurs and Professional, with Jean-Paul Belmondo ... Approaching him for just slip him some words of admiration, he became friends with the director who made one day meet his idol, the hero of Ace of Aces and breathe.

As much an admirer of his "insolent relaxed" than his "taste for cascades" or his "comic temperament," Jeff wins the agreement of the star to make a movie. It leaves him carte blanche simply warns to avoid rotting the art. Domenech and Jeff, along with the host Vincent Perrot, attended the meeting from those who know him well (Claude Rich, Jean Rochefort, Jean-Pierre Marielle ...) and it inspires the young generation without stopping (Vincent Cassel, Clovis Cornillac, Jean Dujardin or Sophie Marceau and Vanessa Paradis).
