Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber and newcomer Rebecca Black are among the nominees for MTV's new O Music Awards (MTV's OMA). The awards were inaugurated this year and will reward achievements in the Internet, in music innovations, the fans, the websites of the celebrities and the best musical hashtag Twitter.
"The advance of digital space has forever changed the way we discover, experience and enjoy music, resulting from the merger of the interaction between fans and creativity around the artists we love," Dermot McCormack told MTV.
