After weeks of speculation, Elton John has confirmed: Lady Gaga is actually the godmother of his son Zachary, whom he adopted with his partner David Furnish last December 25. The singer has formalized the new Friday during a televised interview in the U.S. show Good Morning America. "Lady Gaga is the godmother of Zachary," said the singer.
"When you know the real Gaga is a simple person who loves his parents." Elton John then explained the rationale behind this choice a priori surprising. "Gaga is the ideal person to guide him through the ins and outs of the music industry because she knows everything there is to know this industry," continued Elton John.
And David Furnish adds: "She knows this world." But Lady Gaga may have to assume its role as surrogate mother earlier than expected as he has just been confirmed Elton John was going to happen on stage at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas in the month of September and will a period of three years.
Lady Gaga also sponsor nanny.
