Lindsay Lohan sentenced to four months in prison

The award fell to Lindsay Lohan. The American star, considered in the context of a case of alleged theft of necklace, was sentenced last night to four months in prison, according to TMZ. Lindsay Lohan has been convicted by a judge of the Superior Court of Los Angeles for violating his parole, dating back to 2007.

At the time, the actress of 24 years was arrested for driving while intoxicated and drug use. Besides his prison sentence, Lindsay Lohan has also received a sentence of 480 hours of community service, including 360 hours in a social center for women, so she can become aware of the living conditions of women in need.

The rest of the sentence will be served in a mortuary in Los Angeles. Following the trial, counsel for Lindsay Lohan said that the star would appeal the decision. Meanwhile, the actress has been placed behind bars in exchange for a bond set at $ 75,000. To justify its decision, Stephanie Sautner, Judge who sentenced Lindsay Lohan in this case, said the actress would have made the collar earlier.

This has indeed waited several weeks to return the stolen goods - when she learned that the police would search his home. Too little, too late, Lindsay.
