Chris Brown may again approach Rihanna

Chris Brown now has the right to approach Rihanna. Two years after the rapper assaulted his girlfriend at the time, a Los Angeles judge has decided to lift the restraining order had been established between him and the singer, according to TMZ. In August 2009, a judge of the Superior Court of Los Angeles had in fact forced to Chris Brown to stay at least 50 meters from Rihanna for five years.

In the case where both singers were to attend both to the same event, like a prize ceremony for example, the distance was reduced not to exceed 10 meters. At a hearing in a Los Angeles court Tuesday, a judge found, however, Chris Brown, 21, was now allowed to come into contact with Rihanna, 23, provided that the singer "n'harcèle, n'embête or does not brutalize "his former girlfriend.

The interpreter of "S & M was not present at the hearing but his lawyer was there to represent and has raised no objection to this ruling. If such a ruling has been decided is that Chris Brown seems to have retained his lesson. In 2009 he was sentenced to five years probation and more than 1,400 hours of community service for abusing Rihanna.

The singer has also followed through December 2010 for courses that have awareness of domestic violence.
