While they are in full preparations for their wedding to be held on April 29, Prince William and Kate Middleton have learned that a film about their story was being prepared. The TV movie will evoke the romance and trace born in Scotland between two young students who turned into romance, then royal wedding.
Production wants immerse viewers in the "ups and downs of their nine-year relationship, under pressure from society and the royal family and under the watchful eye of the world media." Suffice to say there will be things to tell, from their breaks and reunions, the difficulty of imposing a commoner at Buckingham Palace and the preparation of the ceremony which is considered the "wedding of the century." He hired unknown actors will not be a documentary, but rather a fiction.
Which leaves the production possibilities of granting some liberties on the scenario. To interpret the prince and the future princess, Lifetime, the channel will air the film chose two little known actors. The beautiful New Zealand Nico Evers Swindell (seen in NCIS) will play the role of Britain's Prince William and Camilla Luddington interpret her compatriot Kate Middleton.
From his side, Prince Charles, heir to the crown will be camped by the Englishman Ben Cross. Buckingham Palace has not yet not responded to this news, but no doubt they will allow the production to complete this project, as they have done during the filming of The Queen and more recently with The Speech a King.
