Johnny Hallyday: he sold 100,000 tickets in one day!

As we announced yesterday, the concert tickets for upcoming tour by Johnny Hallyday, "Never Alone", were put on sale Friday at 10 am. And the least we can say is that at age 67, the rocker is still as popular with the French. In one day, no fewer than 100,000 tickets were indeed sold, according Coullier Gilbert, the producer of Johnny.

As a reminder, 14 dates are already scheduled for 2012. After a first series of concerts in Montpellier in May and two at the Stade de France on 15 and 16 June, Johnny Hallyday go through Nantes before ending his tour with the new Le Mans Arena July 13. A new round of tour mondialeCette Johnny Hallyday replace his "Tour 66", which had been aborted in 2009 after the singer's health problems.

"Never Alone" is also part of a gradual comeback of Johnny, who was absent from the public eye since the surgery and his recent depression. Special guest of the newspaper 20 Hours Claire Chazal last week, Johnny Hallyday will present his new album, also titled "Never Alone", on 28 March.

Third step of this comeback, the singer will begin from the summer of 2012 a huge tour across France and worldwide, a first for Johnny. In addition to the 14 dates already announced, the rocker will be visiting Zenith from fall and then leave to conquer new territories, including England, Spain, Italy, Germany and even USA .

After all, we all have within us something of Tennessee!
