Natalie Portman disgusted by the comments of John Galliano

Small reminder of the facts: Last week, the British designer John Galliano, very drunk in the streets of Paris, took them to people sitting together at the bar La Perle in the 3rd district. Angry and violent, he uttered racial slurs against Asians and Jews. After his arrest the next day, the House of Dior was suspended from duty pending the investigation will end.

The parade of Fashion Week should not suffer, not in the organistaion in any case, perhaps more in the mood ... Indeed, the reaction around the fashion world began to be heard, especially since the release of video showing John Galliano at his outburst. The Israeli-born actress Natalie Portman who has just been chosen as the face of the fragrance Miss Dior Cherie, did not really appreciate the designer's slip and spoke about this in a statement: I am deeply shocked and disgusted by the video that has surfaced [Monday].

Being proud of being Jewish, I refuse to be associated with Mr. Galliano in any way. I hope at least remind us about these horrible it must reflect and address the prejudices that still exist today and which are the opposite of beauty. "Very firm, she spares not in any case not the designer.

Note that this Monday, Galliano was confronted by police who accused the couple of anti-Semitic insults and to another complainant, dating to the insults this time in October 2010.
