Together since January 2010, the couple got engaged last December and the wedding was only a formality as close to the couple.
"Early on, Jim realized that Reese was that he needed," said one close to the couple. At 35, the actress has married Jim Toth, 40, during a private ceremony in Ojai, California. It is the agent of the star an Oscar for his role in the film Walk The Line, which has confirmed the news Saturday evening.
According to the American press, the two children of the actress, Ava and Deacon 11 years, 7 years, came to cheer their mother alongside their father, Ryan Phillippe, incidentally the former husband of Reese Witherspoon.
